ATS employs seafarers of different nationalities. There is a strong focus on continuation and experienced personnel onboard our vessels. Access to qualified seafarers is in general considered to be a challenge for the shipping industry. ATS devotes resources and efforts into training and the development of our seafarers, and make them a part of the ATS team. There is a good atmosphere and working environment onboard our vessels, and we enjoy a high retention rate. ATS are using Thome, Singapore as Crew Managers and have established an office in Manila.
